I've checked a few other states and so far they are all in lock step with Mass and Maine.BTW, let me stipulate that I'm no longer selling real estate, so I have no dog in this hunt.Wholesalers prey on those who are either ignorant of the actual fair market value of their homes or those who are in a bad situation (pre-foreclosure, impending bankruptcy, financial disaster, serious health issues, etc) and will take a bad deal just to get bailed out of whatever situation they're in.Your understanding of the term "middle men" is seriously flawed.
