Like everyone I have listened to the podcasts, watched HGTV, and had a small internship with a realtor.  I am in the process of getting my real estate sales person license and I will be looking for jobs to fulfill my interest in finance and real estate.  The one thing that is holding me back is the fear of failure.  I would love guidance on what some of my next steps could be when getting into the real estate world.  I have no income and would love to invest someday but in the mean time I wanted to help others by being an agent.  What are some ideas on what my next steps could be to move towards being a successful agent, investor, and more?
