Because legitimate people who have legitimate service dogs or horses (the only two true service animals) will tell you upfront that they have a service dog, and what disability it covers since you have no way of telling what the disability is from a computer.

So my educated guess is that when you went back into the listing and tried to update some information it triggered an automatic review of whether your account is legitimate or one of the fake scam accounts. 

My thinking WAS that by being licensed I would have a much better working knowledge of real estate transactions, easier access to property listings, and could market myself to all sellers as a legitimate, knowledgeable professionally licensed business owner.

This will definitely make other people think that we are a legitimate business, we have combined experience, and that if other people have agreed to work along with me, then the plan must work.

@Sergiu Ionita If you do any improvement, you have a legitimate reason to raise her rents. 

Most legitimate people that will mentor newer folks value their time and only want to work with serious people.

Many of these seem silly but are all legitimate.

Generally it will have a timeline to hold the money say 3 months or 6 months and what is not legitimately used goes back to the seller after that time.If everything is as he says then he should not have an issue.

There are definitely a lot of deals to be had in the market - sometimes there are so many you don't know if all of them are actually legitimate.
