I am freaking out because I have not been able to find any educational materials or sites that focuses on international real estate investments. 

I am always amazed at how much free info is under the Education tool bar (above)  for newbies or anyone for that matter.

I know plenty of people have done it without this education and it's not completely necessary, but is it beneficial enough to invest in my education?
