Hi everyone, I've floated around the message boards for awhile and listened to the podcasts for some time. I figured it was finally time to jump in. I'm 25 and I'm currently on my second flip. My advantage is my partner, who happens to be my father. He has over twenty years experience in residential construction and over ten in commercial. He's an electrician, plumber and honestly anything else we need. As a team we're excited to meet fellow investors.
