Yeah, I'm super impressed by a principal of a company chiming in 9 months after a post to say that the posters are wrong, his company is great.  

It would give the renters the impression of constant improvement and help “justify” the increases to them.

I was under the impression that you could only back out related to stated contingencies, such as if an inspection found something that significantly devalued the property, etc.?

He was under the impression that it was a networking event as well.

I was under the impression that property owners were typically more involved in things like selecting tenants, but I can see how that would be impractical to scale, so I should instead make it clear what my expectations are for these things and then trust the property manager to handle them.

I was really impressed with the bead on that even after 6 months.

@Chloe Philipp for larger jobs the internet is usually not the best place to start, the only way to figure out if someone is good is by letting them do a job, but I think just getting away from some of the stupid high prices that some of the folks that come off of Angie's List or Thumbtack charge is a great start and first impression.

You don't impress me by saying you work with hundreds of attorneys, big deal, I have a friend who worked for one of the biggest multinational companies in the world hiring hundreds of thousands of workers. 

What do you do in the meantime.The numbers don't impress me, neither do being all park owned homes.
