Its a little confusing, I know.Anyway, you can borrow the money from them and give them a note and security deed, which they can record at a later date or just hang on to it.

you need to hang your license with a brokerage, and if you read other post, brokerages comes in many different forms.hopefully you can find one that fits your needs

Will hanging the license solve the problem allow me to do what I want?
