Does it matter how my car looks when starting in real estate investing?
I have educated myself with wholesaling and even found what strategies I will do.... but as I began to jump right in I remembered how my car looked. It is a 99 nissan maxima and I recently got into an accident so the hood is kind of bent up. Would that affect me when I pull up to a motivated sellers house? Or would they not even care and just worried about me actually saying I can buy their house? I NEED HELP! THANKS
