If tile fits into your budget you can really make that room attractive.Hard to tell how rough it is in pic but Could possibly just paint it the way it is.Self leveling concrete then paint.I dont think you have the height at the doors but some people just lay pavers right on top (not bonded)

Hello,By califirnia law can you tell rental applicants that you can only rent to 2 people per room or there isnt any law that prohibits you from telling applicants what is the amount peoole you can rent to?
