Patio concrete repair
I will be flipping this house and the patio had small rocks over it and I removed the rocks. Now I'm left with small chips in the patio. How can I fix the patio for it to be smooth?

Professional cleaning w a surface cleaner.
If tile fits into your budget you can really make that room attractive.
Hard to tell how rough it is in pic but Could possibly just paint it the way it is.
Self leveling concrete then paint.
I dont think you have the height at the doors but some people just lay pavers right on top (not bonded)
