they have bailed us out on a few tough situations ans are always pretty air in their assessments in my opinion at least much more so that what i have experienced with section 8 inspectors.

In order to get the coc returns you’re looking for you’ll need to look at 3-4 families or mixed use residential which is a bit up in the air depending on what the commercial unit(s) are doing.

The windows were cleaned a new air filter was placed and all carpets were vacuumed.  The granite countertops were shined and moldings were wiped down.
