Renting Out New Home

Adrienna Payton
Posted

I started AirBnB in July and brought in a good chunk of money to offset expenses. One of the guests let me know that they would be interested in renting the home. His wife and daughter both recently secured a job in the area and are trying to stay. I'm currently drafting a lease. Is there anything that I should be wary of while trying to rent my property? I have the lease set up for 6 months and the rent is 1500 while the mortgage is 1084.
