SLREIA also does some great meetups in the area (I like the northern utah lunch meetup in Roy as it's more laid back, but still well-attended).

Maybe initially you are at break even on cash flow but after a couple of years your property will have appreciated and rents will most likely go up.

I just met him in person a couple weeks ago on Mass Ave and talked further about the wholesaling business.

I found George's group, attended, and joined, and I recommend you attend at least one meeting. 

I'm hoping this has been an oversight on his part although we have requested it a couple of times.

Over the past 19 years I've built 3 houses for my family, done 3 flips(one being a live in flip) and flipped a couple of parcels of land.  

Both tenants are on the lease (were a couple but now are separated due to serious issues involving the Police) and have stable jobs.

It looks like about 3.3 million HELOC's will be resetting to fully amortizing loans over the next couple of years, more than half of which are on underwater homes.
