With Covid, we had time to slowly correct all the energy deficiencies  by added central heating and air, updated all the windows, installed insulation, corrected the steps to the back yard area that were originally made for a person whose foot size could not be more than a child's size 2.

When you start I would start by moving the 1 problem child off your hands (if you have one) or the one that needs attention – meaning get the most bang for your buck and keep the ones that are good and quiet for yourself.
