I am looking for short term vacation rental property in the lakes region.

People who buy a portfolio of homes in multiple regions or one region based on a thesis about market conditions (demographic, social, economic, etc.).

I don't have much of a network, and have scrubbed through most of the forums related to this region on this site.

As you move from national, to regional, to mom and pop local tenants then the intensity of management and risk to the cash flow stream can change.You mention a Whole foods strip mall deal.

Focus on other CUs, local and regional banks.When my wife and I bought our coop in Greenwich 4 years ago, we only put down ~11%.

My properties are in upstate NY in the Buffalo/Niagara region.

Ideally it should be in the Niagara region in Ontario, but i'm okay with it being anywhere in Canada if it's legit.
