There was a community college I could have gone to and paid half the cost, but I chose Tech because I cared too much about the image instead of my expenses.

I never imaged all the wonderful people and opportunities that would come to me by simply participating in this wonderful group.

However that part of the world is filled with a lot of actual Bed and Breakfasts, wedding venues, wineries, etc. 

Don't get caught up in what the image of driving a new truck would be...no one really cares.

Also add watermarks to the photos with your contact info, so if someone steals the images, your contact info is 'locked' on them.

Please fix the image upload feature for new listings.

I hit the add to cart button & ship everything to my handyman or cleaners.I send my handyman and/or cleaners images of the renderings & tell them “I ordered you a bunch of stuff - make the room look like this please & send me some updated pics when it’s complete”The nice thing about this too is the large margin for error when the prices are this low.

The above image is the 22 units, If I need to we can run a road through the middles.We think a large court yard would be an attraction.
