The S Corp LLC does not have any assets other than cash and business equipment.

We are open to financing the operations but are not equipped or inclined to actually run the operation.

Would have saved me a bunch.Every time I look at my key ring I am reminded that I too and one of those people with higher expectations then desire.On my key ring I have two gym membership bar code tags, a key to the front door of the MMA gym I use to go to and If I go into my garage there sits my complete home gym.Am I frustrated at the gyms or equipment salesman NOT at all.

I remember another post like this a few weeks back.I used to work out at a gym but bought equipment in my master bedroom and jump on the recumbent bike an hour each day in the morning.

We never owned any equipment we just bought the timber rights either through contract or timber deed,, then subbed all the work out to logging outfits.
