I find this area is unique in what goes and doesn't.  

Now for years now I'd been looking to find a way into real estate investing and I instantly saw this as a unique opportunity to utilize the BRRRR method.

@John Lyszczyk and @Unique Gatson I have a few but it depends on what you need - ie a quiet title, probate, litigator, general real estate, corp, etc.

Our businesses are very local, but this would be a great forum for a regional or multistate forum.Wow.

@Cornelius Charles I don't know if it was already suggested but since your wife is a realtor perhaps send list with us (best time to sell) postcards/letters seperately and uniquely.

While I have not always been looking at it from a real estate perspective, I know the region and how to cater my properties to what the consumer is looking for. - We have time on our side.

I also happen to live in between the 2 largest ski areas on the east coast as well as a beautiful lake region.

Two reasons to give this - 1) Are they close to the lender (matters to local and regional banks). 2) Are they close to the asset (matters if you're planning on managing the building yourself).Hopefully this is helpful!
