KEEP IT UP - KEEP PUSHING! (Investors look here - we got this )

This is not a question, but more of a rally call behind all our fellow BPer's on here. This is one of the most challenging and unique times for real estate investing, but you are all here reading, posting, and learning. My underlying message here is not of anything other than pushing fellow investors.  My two cents - way to go! #keepitup.

A) Motivation

Do not stop. These are challenging times, but also can present itself as an opportunity.  What are YOU in this for. Yourself? Your family? Your future financial freedom?  Stay positive and optimistic, the glass is always 'overflowing' in my lenses - what are they in yours?

B) Hustle

No one, or nothing can motivate yourself more than yourself.  Remember that - find a partner that will push you the same way. I jokingly say that I work 26 hours a day and 8 days a week - what is your work schedule?

C) Keep Going

Times are uncertain - we make mistakes - we fail - but there is always an other side.   BP and other resources are there to help you - you are not alone - what are you doing to overcome challenges? Or also enjoy the successes that you have built?

D) CELEBRATE SMALL WINS -

We often overlook this.  And I think this is one of the most crucial things.  There is a big picture - we all strive for it - but there are daily wins - and we need to celebrate those.  You finished a kitchen remodel, you placed your first tenant, you got your first loan, you bought your first property. I'M PROUD OF YOU.   KEEP IT UP and WAY TO GO.  We are all here to support you
