That would be a good option for the "family" rental if you go that route.

There are some great options and if you are newer to the re industry it can be helpful to have the right resources so you are covered. 

I personally find that the metro areas such as, Arvada, Westminster, Wheat Ridge, are all great options depending on your criteria.

I haven't had that specific issue, but I understand the importance of finding a durable, low-cost flooring option for rentals.
