Between the day job that requires extensive travel, being a husband, dad, scout leader, etc I think I have all I can handle.

My name is Dillon Barnhart, and I just recently stumbled onto the BP community.A little bit about myself, I grew up in Northern California, but have been in the military for the last eight years and done my fair share of traveling around.

I've been living on the road for the past 9 months with my long time girlfriend who is a travel nurse.  

I still have a full-time job so I am looking to get into buy and hold type of deals preferably in my area so I can be on top of it without having to travel too much.

The listing also says "no smoking of any kind" ... potential tenant's Facebook and instagram have marijuana-related photos in the banner.

There aren't any REI groups in my area and I travel 5 1/2 days a week.

So not smoking hot deals.

I like rehabs, but have no confidence in my local area, in fact my whole state is over-inflated, I see zero opportunity locally but also am intimidated by travel.

Yes, it happens, but with a little respect and patience added to the process, most of the professional renters can be smoked out long before they sign a lease.  

I can't see many people wanting to travel there... best spots for AirBnb in Phoenix metro area downtown, tempe, oldtown scottsdale and kierland area.Ultimately, the question to answer is "Is the product I'm trying to create something that people already want?"
