Newbie from Central Jersey

Hi All,

Been reading the forums for a couple of weeks now and finally decided to introduce myself.

I am a CPA with big 4 experience working in hedge funds and private equity. I definitely saw the potential in real estate from the accounting side of things. I still have a full-time job so I am looking to get into buy and hold type of deals preferably in my area so I can be on top of it without having to travel too much.

This forum has been great and I learned a lot just from the podcasts and all the different topics discussed on the forums.
