i am newbie and i am working on a divorce deal that wife wants to sell the house before it goes to foreclosure where the husband doesnt care and wants this to happened i need someone in the law field answer this question legally in texas does the spouse has the right and decision to sell the property without the husband signature as her name on the deed not him thanksi hope i made sense .
