Hi! Newbie from Fort Worth, Texas. Like other new members on this site I have been reading blogs for the past couple of months. Just getting started with all the reading, researching and learning. Have yet to buy a property. My partner and I are looking into rehabbing. I do have an LLC formed and a real estate attorney that gives me the legal advice I need but need any input on the actual process itself. Thanks!

@Kevin Reynolds DFW REI meetup at the Woodhaven Country Club is a great meetup. Lots of season investors as well as newcomers! The guys who head that one up are full of knowledge and no one is trying to pitch you their program. From time to time they will bring someone into speak, but for the most part it is information they have gained and learned over they years. Best of luck!
