New to BP from Duluth, GA via Cleveland, OH

I can't count how many times I have read a forum on BP but am just now signing up and looking to network with investors in Cleveland, OH, Atlanta Metro, St. Louis, and Kansas City. I have bought and sold over 100 properties in Cleveland, OH mostly turnkey rentals to out-of-state and international investors. A few where wholesale deals and we're holding a few dozen as cash flow rentals.

In 2014 we sold a fix-n-flip in ATL(Marietta, GA). We also expanded to STL and Kansas City.

My partner is @TimilJones and I have a small support staff.

Everyone thanks for the warm welcome.. I tried to vote on each comment as my way of acknowledging that I read it. @Peter MacKercher I will send you a message and hopefully you can help me with some questions I have about STL. @Connie Covert I have questions about KCMO that I hope you can answer.

@Jacob Elbe I hope your investments in Euclid are doing well. I really like Euclid and I think it's one area that will see appreciation. It's so close to Lake Erie and it's beautiful in the summer time. I have two properties in Euclid right now. And have a few that we are bidding on and trying to get.  Indy is another market we have on our radar.

@Mark Beno deals are hard to find but we specialize in sourcing good deals so it just means we have to work harder rather than just checking our emails and saying yes like we did a few years ago. But it's all a cycle.. deals chase you and then you chase deals. round and round it goes.. Deals still chase me but there's just less of them running these days.
