Has anyone ever used it in a residence?

Pen Fed has a rule that if you have 4 or more properties in your name then they will only do a HELOC on your primary residence. 

Here in Florida, attorney's fees are statutorily recoverable in all residential tenancies and even seemingly minor noncompliance by a landlord can produce a dismissal of their eviction and a judgment for fees against them, despite a non-paying tenant residing in a rental.This is not legal advice and does not create an attorney client relationship.

This is an interesting question for sure and yes I’d agree that the real answer may reside with the local city council and may be different depending on the state and associated zoning regulations in place.

I have recently requested to have my PMI dropped on my primary residence because I believe the value of the property has increased enough to merit the PMI cancellation.

I need a bit of guidance please, what are your thoughts on purchasing an investment property before purchasing your primary residence? 

It's only 1% for in town residents.

The city limits of Katy is pretty small with about 15,000 residents, but the area referred to as Katy has an estimated 300,000 residents. 

You can get primary residence financing, cashflow, appreciation, and not to mention OOS can’t touch the principle pay down you get here in the bay.

I'm active duty military and I bought a primary residence in Dec 2017.
