Flooring Choice - Luxury Vinyl or Rigid Core?
I'm an out of state landlord doing some upgrades in a SFR rental. It would be a combo of carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl in the living areas. The prop manager requested a quote for Luxury Vinyl planks but the vendor came back with Rigid Core Vinyl. I did some reading in different websites and it appears to be frequently used in high traffic, commercial installations. Has anyone ever used it in a residence? Thanks,
