Some people we're likely going to pull the bandaid on because we feel good about not having to do much to re-rent it.

Pros and cons to EVERYTHING in RE.

I work for RE/MAX Realty Source as an agent for a couple of years now, and I love all sides of Real Estate.

I am new to RE but I know a little here and there.

Personally, I'd reach out to a local attorney or cpa that specializes in RE for guidance. 

I always discuss investments with others in an investor club because other people might think of things that I might miss.

There is no substitute for knowing the numbers of RE investing!

RE is nothing but numbers, if they make sense buy it, who cares where it come fromGood luck
