Real estate Investors I need them

I am new to RE but I know a little here and there. My name is Nita I reside in Oklahoma at the moment but looking for deals in various locations.  I like to read but sometimes reading doesn't mean anything if you are clueless. My opinion. I need investors that have properties under contract. Yes, I have the lender that will provide the funding. I am just trying to get my foot in the door to get the ball rolling. If you all have any suggestions or ideas I am up for the challenge.
