I wasn't able to find another lender who would require less than 30% cash and lots of points, so I didn't qualify with any other lender either and had to release the contract.

They are simply attempting to hinder and get rid of private lenders who take some of their business away.

My wife and I buy the homes with cash we borrow from a hard money lender.
