Rental property investor

I am a new investor want to start my portfolio with rental property in Hardfort Connecticut.  I don’t have any experience with investment properties any advise will be highly appreciated

@Yanely Peguero - happy to connect.  I was an investor first but now manage a property management company in central CT.  I agree with others that said that joining meetups is one of the best things to get started.  @Brandon Rush, @Stephanie Cabral, @Devin Peterson, @Ryan Luby all run meetups throughout the state.  CTREIA is also a great place to meet people.
