Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $240,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Bought and renovated myself to a dream STR and MTR property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It needed renovations!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on the MLS, realtor negotiated

How did you finance this deal?

VA Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I renovated the whole thing!

What was the outcome?

It's worth way more today and it cashflows!

Don't buy a reno!
