If you need it before the maturity of the CD then you can pull it out immediately and you'll just lose the interest you've accrued (or a portion of it).A more risky approach would be investing a portion (maybe 10k) into a stock fund like SPY.

I would always buy new equipment to ensure you have your warranties.Also, it sounds like this guy is just trying to offload inventory, I would tell him you want he equipment sized properly.

Hello BP Members,I reside in San Gabriel Valley in california, about 15 minutes east of downtown LA.There is a good decent sized apartment complex not to far from where i live, i drive by there quite often, its on a corner lot right in the middle of EVERYTHING in a decent part of town!

These are personal expenses, and only a portion of them can be deducted via home officecannot treat drinks with your band as a business expense, with an occasional exception like maybe a celebration of a new album releasecannot deduct "business attire or stuff I will wear at a show."
