You can't beat the box stores for quick, easy and cookie cutter, but when qualify and style take precedence, I use Wayfair. 

Learn everything you can and be educated for your clients.I commend you on thinking outside the box and throwing this out to the masses, that certainly take courage and confidence.

To my knowledge, however, they only offer online ordering, so you have to assemble them yourself AND have (or use) an address that a large box truck or tractor trailer can make deliveries to. 

The big banks aren't going to offer this kind of service since they sell their loans & therefore the loans have to fit within a certain box. 

It's about a 5 mile drive to a big box but that's not bad.

Out the front put a shed roof in front, about 2/3rds the way up the existing roof and box in the sides.
