What should i do with this little house at the pool?

Hello,

This will be my 1st flip project and i am so excited. Anyone has any idea, suggestion to turn this little house at the pool into?

Does it have electricity there? Water? You can turn it into a pool house. Put a refrigerator in there, cut out a large opening for a bar, and put stools outside, hang up some hooks on the other side for towels, inside an area to corral all the pool toys, etc.

Or .... a storage shed for tools, etc.

Here's a spin with several options. Open the window as a serving bar. Divide the building with a wall, front half cabana bar, put a side door in to the back, 5' wide, from the door you'd have a vanity, then toilet then shower, last 3 feet a full length sauna. toilet,  Outside on the back wall put a rack and cabinet for pool equipment and chemicals. Out the front put a shed roof in front, about 2/3rds the way up the existing roof and box in the sides. That give you another attic space for light weight pool stuff. Then on the wall above the bar you have a space for the big screen. Run the roof further out, extend the pool apron out to the patio under roof in front of the bar. Further in front out from under the roof put in a fire pit. Have flagstone steps from the apron at the side to the bath door. Then just add a putting green in that green space at the side between the building and the pool. Terrace/landscape the rest of the place, add low shrubs, stain the fence.

Now you have your own country club in the backyard LOL. :)

Good point @Christopher Giannino  So far this is the most option i heard but not sure if it's worth it to run a water line down there and spend $$$$ to completely renovate it... I will check with my rehab team. Thanks!

@Karen Margrave I like your idea of pool house! Making it a shower room is a great idea too, @Pat L. . . I'm not sure how much it will cost to run the water line down there..but i will find out with my crew.

organic pot grow house ??     sorry wrong state....:)

we put a shower & change room in ours for all the kids that congregated.

& I wish I had put a bathroom in it as well.

I see what your saying, it's almost to big to be a garden shed. Kids playhouse? You really dont have to define it, just clean it up and say "It also has a flexible utility shed".

I would just replace the rotten wood, freshen it up with a coat a paint and keep it as a storage shed. You can never have enough storage space.
