My wife and I are both in the medical field and saddled with student loans.

I'm primarily interested in flipping, as it suits my skills and interest, but will also consider buy and hold.I've studied a little bit, but I've got a lot more to learn. 

All it takes is some energy, attention to detail, and some hospitality skills.

I think home/apartment inspections skills are very underrated.  

For instance mine is based upon (it is still a work in progress) myself learning a skill that can be passed onto my children in order that they will be self reliant.

In other words, if you lack money, experience, skills, etc....then partner with someone who has such.

I no longer represent the general public, but would be happy to introduce you to skilled investment agents that do.

We need you bright and bold thinkers with analytical skills and genius out there making money and helping stimulate the economy by providing jobs for others in real estate and construction industries.

She has skills and a lifestyle where she could manage supervising rehab over time.

However; we just opened escrow on a lot for a medical office building, so that should be a good one!
