Hi everyone. I'm a construction manager (commercial) in Southwest Ohio, looking to get involved in the real estate game. I'm primarily interested in flipping, as it suits my skills and interest, but will also consider buy and hold.

I've studied a little bit, but I've got a lot more to learn. I need to get past the analysis paralysis stage. My first goal is to purchase and flip a property this spring or summer. Hopefully, I'll be frequent on the boards shortly. I also hope to start networking and meeting some people in the greater Cincinnati area. I look forward to learning with you guys.

Nick
