@Stuart Spicer, The Boston and Honolulu markets are incredibly different.

I will take another swing at this... how about Las Vegas... very low maintenance in a desert environment ... no tax's  .... and industry that will never die at least not in vegas.. other areas but not there.  

Instruct them to air out the bathroom after treatment, and to try and prevent creating a moist environment.
