With 2015 Coming to an end. The Commercial and Industrial Real Estate market in Massachusetts saw an incredible boom. Buyers have bought up nearly every income generating, and stand alone properties for business of all kinds. With select commercial properties left on the market, and interest rates on the rise. What is 2016 going to bring?
