Re-landscaped the front and backyard, including adding a patio and waterfall feature.

We by accident bought an amazing house deal we flipped to our taste and with the expansion of our family after living there only 2 years we had to sell (no capital gains!).

Prior to selling it a few months ago we renovated with a new kitchen, flooring, paint and landscaping.

There's landscaping so it's not visible to tenants. 

Just wondering if such an expansive rehab worth it.

However, with the plans for expansion and the growth the area is seeing, I think its a great market.
