OTH, many notes are bundled and sold in blocks and some may be cherry picked, but this is usually accomplished in a more institutional manner or with companies or brokers that participate.

Insulation is not blocking vents We did a tear off of the old shingles, replaced all boots/stacks, and installed new 35-year dimensional shingles (and new felt paper, of course).

I know it's possible to get land in some areas for $3k per block where the cost to develop might be $30k, so even if you sell it just at the cost to develop in a few years you are doing ok.
