Is this a good idea or bad?

Hi @Amber K.It is bad business practice, but the listing agent is not obligated to answer any questions you have, until you are under contract.

I'm 25, and just started my career path to become a licensed plumber.

I like this forum but theres just so much crap being said about wholesalers lol.. stop generalizing... there are good and bad wholesalersSame way I don't generalize RE agents like yourself even though everytime I call expired listings I hear the usual " my house is worth 100K but the realtor promised me 2 million for it so I went with him and he couldnt sell it" story... doesnt mean all agents are **** right ?

This is the bench mark in both good times as well bad economic cycles. 

We did our inspections yesterday and all the stacks are bad (cracked to various degrees).  

Is there another career you'd prefer to have instead?

Let them field all the calls.Facebook Market place is also popular but everyone will be messenging you which might not be a bad think.

They have worked for me in the past with technology as I worked in the Silicon Valley my whole career before Real Estate.
