@Alireza Shayan, while I cannot speak for investing in Canada, in general I don't see the current market being great for buy and hold rentals, unless there is a major rehab component.

With SFR being deconstructed, there is no way any type of bias or room for potential bias will be tolerated in other areas affecting real estateIt seems the new standard or obligation is for landlords to operate apartments on a model more aligned to what the hotel industry has been made to follow since the end of legal segregation where people have a right to accommodation as long as they meet certain basic standards and have the ability to pay.
