Hi friends,I'm looking to move some money from a trad IRA to a Self-directed IRA so I can use it to invest in real estate. 

My wife is from Japan and all her friends and family want to buy brand new mansions or SFHs because interest rates are very very low.

Ask your realtor, friends, contractors etc for property management recommendations if you go that route.

So a friend and I are ready to buy some fix and flips together.

I'm a little late to the game, but a friend of ours is a lender in Greenville.

I had a friend who was an investor and she said to work in 10% for maintaining the property.

My plan is to buy a house and rent it through property management or work with my friends to manage it.
