I'm a Menards guy, I have a contractor card and get the 2% plus manufacturer rebates, prices are generally cheaper, but not on everything, i buy plumbing valves, and tools at HD, or if i need nicer stuff, but Menards has been good to me, I spend $20-30K a year there.

Most consumers will find a way to get by, but a 2% drop in the quantity of "stuff" means manufactures will have to layoff employees.

I wouldn't drop any cheaper than SuperPaint or another manufacturer's equal.The coats required will depend on the colors you are selecting and the colors you're covering.

@Patrick Mcgowen,I had permission/permits for nothing because a mobile home manufactured etc is not real estate its personal property hince the repo not foreclosure I did at least tell the park manager I will be rehabbing the mobile home.In some cases because I do a few mobile/manufactured/modular home investments I typically have the home moved to a unrestricted lot and placed on foundation which then increases value.
