I really don't know, but it is definitely not just deals taking longer then expected to close at this point.He could just own it and admit he had not met his obligations to his investors and try to make it right but instead he is trying to keep people from finding out how he operates so he can bring in new unsuspecting investors to keep the machine going.

Which will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

Managing 150+ units for a few years has given me the reps needed to feel confident purchasing large assets. 

It's about 1m, and should bring in between 75k - 92k a year gross.
