Do you have any resources to recommend for example Courses / Books / Mentor Programs / Zoom groups?

My question was asking what programs would be best if any are even out there for someone managing multiple properties owned by multiple investors.

Confirm the company is licensed for tank removal as part of the UHOT program. 

These are highly legitimate worries for everyone.Personally I have emailed each MA rep (yay email blast programs!)

Zillow has shuttered their ibuying program within the last week.Realtors in my area (& this is prior to covid-19) are spending wasting less and less money on them, this was Zillow's primary revenue stream for years.

Find A DSCR lender, many have cut this program off during COVID-19 but they are still around
