Indiana - Multifamily Energy-Efficiency Rebates

In some states, builders and property managers can take advantage of rebates on space and water heating equipment, substantially driving down the upfront costs of upgrading. The offer Energy-Efficiency Programs To Make Equipment Upgrading and I was wondering if anybody knows of any that work for the Indianapolis area. I see some that only work if you are living on the property, and most others only for solar. This list was also used as a reference, but I may have overlooked some. As far as unit size, it would be duplex-quads.
