I'm putting out bandit signs for the first time this weekend and I am looking for a little advice, especially from those investors that live in South Carolina. 

After working 9+ hrs some days and weekends its tough to get the energy to keep demoing a basement bath or to work on the house.

I reached out over the weekend to a mortgage broker who has the ability to do USDA, FHA 203k, and other types of lending.

I literally used to spend my weekends going to open houses just to get an idea of what some of them look like and then think of ways I would renovate them to make them better.

Not gonna lie i'm probably gonna start one next weekend after all the Game of thrones parties go down haha.

I only physically work on the houses weekends and 1 half day during the week.

@Mickey McGuireCongratulations on graduation and right away looking to build passive income.Seems like RPOA is most active group in that area.You can always come down to Oakland county for a weekend seminar or evening meet ups. 

It is one thing to say "I'm having family from out of town come in for a weekend".

Becoming a RE agent is something you could consider pursuing in the evenings/weekends but that will take time to build up your business and I'm guessing that's when you want/need to be home with the children.
