It seems odd that the owner set this up not long ago and is now ready to throw $43k out the window, that doesn't sound like a smart investor, or they have ulterior motives.I would dig a little deeper to find out his motivation.

You should have a Tips Hotline.Maybe if citizens were more involved in tipping off officials about odd conduct, threats made and explosive behavior we'd probably have less shootings and crazies carrying out crimes.

This area didn't crash hard and has pretty much bounced back to or above previous highs so it isn't the worst bet in the world.Also if you are in it for the long haul in 20 years you can be making crazy amounts of money as rents go up and your payments are fixed, or get paid off.

You can buy coverage on your own if your not comfortable with the coverages provided by the Keller Williams policy but the odds are that it will be significantly higher.
